Good food, great service and atmosphere. They have good vegetarian options as well. Definitely worth a visit.

Monsoon is a great choice in Bellevue—it’s definitely better than any of the chain restaurants at Bellevue Square or Lincoln Square Malls. PROS: - Great food! The food is high-quality and everything came out hot. The flavor was wonderful in everything. We especially love the drunken chicken and the eggplant. We tried the crispy rolls for an appetizer, and next time I would get the fresh rolls, knowing that the drunken chicken was fried. Also the duck buns! Just get them—they were incredible. We ate them so fast I didn’t get a picture, but we both said we’d get the duck buns any day of the week. - Nice atmosphere, the bar is lovely. - Great location in a lively spot (although parking can be a challenge) - Service is good. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. We had a weird moment on our last visit when we walked in and no one greeted us for what seemed like a long period of time, but I think they were just busy. Overall, the service is good. CON: Parking. Although you’ll have this with any restaurant in Old Town Bellevue. There is parking marked for Monsoon in one of the parking garages behind the restaurant (we got the last spot, and arrived at 5:15p) I’d either Uber or give yourself extra time to find parking anywhere in Old Town Bellevue. Or, park at the mall and walk across the park.

Outstanding Experience at Monsoon, Bellevue, WA Monsoon in Bellevue exceeded all expectations! The food was absolutely excellent — full of bold, vibrant flavors and beautifully presented. Every dish we ordered was delicious and clearly made with care and fresh ingredients. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Our server checked in regularly without being intrusive, and everyone from the host to the bussers made us feel well taken care of. If you’re looking for a place with top-notch food and a warm, professional atmosphere, Monsoon is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

The staff were extremely polite, responsive and professional. The catered to a team size of about twenty which is always a tough task. I personally didn’t find the food to be exceptional but my colleagues who ordered vegetarian options loved the order. Parking could be hard to find, it’s easier to walk or ride-share if possible. There are two paid parking lots close by.

A pretty chic and cozy restaurant that has an extensive liquor menu from cocktails to wines and beer and everything in between! Service is pretty minimal but was friendly whenever they came by. Their food portions however, can be a little small dsps the vibe is more gear towards a conversation and a good time rather than the food itself. But there are still some good highlights such as the and the clay pot chicken.

Overall pretty good. The crayfish sauce was too sweet but the dish was flavorful. The fried rice didn’t quite have the wok-hei smokey flavor I was hoping for. Otherwise a decent Vietnamese fusion place.

Good atmosphere. Shady with the reservation for a larger party. They still charged the CC for the reservation and then subtracted that from the total. We spent way more than what was told and the server said we were short. We had to tell them the card was only used for the reservation, not the actual bill. They gave us a hard time about it.
